President - Dietra (Burrell) Litt

Dietra grew up in Watonga and graduated with the Class of 1985.  While earning a degree in computer science from the University of Oklahoma's College of Engineering, she began her professional career in IBM's Co-Operative Education Program. 

Post graduation, Dietra signed on with the Hewlett-Packard Company, serving over 25 years in multiple roles across 4 US time zones. In 1999 she became a full-time remote worker, collaborating on a daily basis with HP employees around the globe.

After a short career break, Dietra is back to work as a a Senior Program Manager for Oracle Corporation, once again working exclusively from home.

Dietra is very passionate about teaching Watonga area residents how to build flexible, professional, commute-free careers. 

Dietra currently lives near Boston, MA with her husband and two sons.

Montie grew up in Watonga and graduated with the Class of 1985.  He lives near Stillwater, OK with his wife and two daughters. 

Montie has been a Landman for over 10 years focusing his expertise in Oklahoma and Kansas. He is a member of AAPL and has been a Registered Professional Landman since 2011. He also enjoys volunteering his time with the local Habitat for Humanity.  

Montie is the FOUNDER of the Watonga Foundation and is serving as our Acting Director for Housing Development; check out his vision for Watonga at Watonga Builds.

Jona grew up in Watonga and graduated with the Class of 1983.  She lives in Watonga with her husband Travis. 

Jona is a Program Coordinator with Sooner SUCCESS and performs her job as a remote employee working from home. She also enjoys volunteering and spending time with family.
